It is the policy of FITEX to establish and implement strategic controls and goals that will ensure continuous improvement of satisfaction for all customers. To this end Senior Management will set goals (at annual and intermediate reviews) on Quality, Delivery, Cost and Customer Perception. The management ensures that the quality objectives are established at relevant functions and level within the organization. It is the responsibility of all employees to actively participate in attaining the Management goals for Quality, Delivery and Cost and hence Customer Satisfaction.
